No relation, despite the fact that Rover made Honda-based cars. The Rover K series was an older design.

They may have been restyled Hondas, but only the 800 series used a Honda engine (the C27 V6). The four cylinders were all Rover designs, which occasionally lead to contraptions like this turbo, manual Accord:
